quirky and charming - if flawed
this is a platformer where you create your own character. by virtue of the nes it's worth a look for that fact alone
that said, cocoron's level design isn't really anything terribly special. it's not bad, but as far as platformers go it's pretty bog standard
style does a lot of legwork as per a lot of japanese-only titles. it goes without saying, but the enemies and locales are totally ridiculous and wacky as all hell
i mean shit - how many games can you think of that let you fight the moon from le voyage dans la lune as a spring-jumping gundam?
