shoutout to newgrounds on this one. if you, like me, grew up around there in the 00s, then there's a good chance you've heard this guy's work in madness combat - specifically "mortified" in tricky madness 2 (don't look up the first one)
i find techno to be such a fodder-loaded genre with a whole lot of dogshit that blends together and sounds exactly the same, but delta 9 does the gabber scene justice. i don't necessarily always agree with his sample usage (100% of the film clips are corny as fuck) but he knows how to deliver something hard and abrasive as all hell nonetheless
it's worth noting that this is noisy even by the standards of most other things i've logged on here. there was a point as a kid when i could barely even distinguish it as music
